Program Registration

We’re so excited to welcome your family to Sparkleberry!

Complete the form below to register your child for a Sparkleberry program or experience.

Please note: Submitting this form does not reserve your child’s spot. Your spot is officially secured once payment is received or Step Up For Students funds have been reserved.

Space is limited, and materials are prepared specifically for each child, so we’re unable to hold unpaid spots.

Registration & Event Details

Space is limited, and advance registration is required.

Each event requires a minimum of 8 registered children to take place. If minimum enrollment is not met, registered families will be notified in advance and offered a full refund or credit toward a future Sparkleberry event.

Payment may be made through Cash, Venmo, or Step Up For Students.

Costume Party Reminder: Costumes must be non-scary and allow children to use the bathroom independently.
